Tray menu update check error

Hi,
Starting a few days back, when trying to check for updates, the window says:
WARNING:Cannot check Wampserver updates
Cannot get contents of file: 'https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/last64_versions.txt
Press ENTER to continue...
But if I copy and go to the text file, it is there, rendering properly. I disabled firewall and antivirus protection, same error.

Right after I posted, I tried again (10th time) and it worked, so I suppose is a random error, probably website server related?
