website defaults to https and doesn't load

I have 3 http websites running ok on WAMP so no problems there.
I have to restore a live Joomla https website to WAMP. The restore runs fine. But unfortunately the restored site does not run just a blank screen with a https url.
The php and mysql versions are compatible.
What changes do I need to make to allow the site to run at http?

Put the VirtualHost in https mode.

Right-Click -> Help -> Wampserver 'automatic' HTTPS mode help
