How to change the version of PHP that the WampServer is using in CLI mode?
There used to be an option for this in the Tools menu, but it no longer exists.

There is absolutely no need whatsoever to change the PHP version used for Wampserver's internal scripts.

If you want to use a PHP version other than the Apache module version, use FCGI mode.

I want to use one version for everything and delete others.

Wampserver's internal scripts currently use PHP 7.4.33.
It is no longer possible to change this version for the simple reason that I am certain that the scripts work correctly and without error with this version, but there is no guarantee that they will work without error with another PHP version.

A PHP version is less than 100 MB!

If you just want to be able to use one of the other versions you have loaded you can create a simple batch file to set the PATH variable for the duration of a terminal session only
