How can I change it from orange to green?

After I started it, it was orange, but when I clicked on it, I could see the menu. Could you please tell me how to change it to green.

Right-click -> Tools -> Check service order
What is the result?
Left-click -> Restart services
Right-click -> Tools -> Reinstall all services
