Wampserver 3.3.7 does not open

I have just installed Wampserver 3.3.7. When I click to open it I receive two messages.
:
Error in line 25
unrecognized parameter name
WAMPMARIADBOFFName

then Starting services until
Services Started
APACHE SERVICE OFF

No red/orange/green triangle no Localhost/DBMS/Services display

Is this a corrupted download or can it be fixed ?

Uninstall Wampserver.

Delete the downloaded file.

Download from https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/

Install "as administrator
