WampServer

How change settenings PHP when Wamp3.3.7 work with FCGI ?

When I try change file php.ini in PHP version I working , does not happend.
When I change settenings in menu Wamp , it work only for some changes settings (max-input or memory-limit) but but usually changes don't work.

I would like change:
+ realpath_cache_size = 5M
+ turn off: xdebuger

Left-Click -> PHP -> PHP [FCGI-CLI] -> PHP Settings or PHP Extensions

I Did !

Left-Click -> PHP -> PHP Settings (I tried turn off x.debuger , but doent work - still ON)
Left-Click -> PHP -> PHP Extensions (I tried click from the list at x.debuger, but it still lights up green )
Every time I clic on , Wamp servis going restart and I see the update window, but nothing happend. It still no changes.

Left-Click -> PHP -> PHP.ini [FCGI-CLI] when I click on this (blue) - again nothing happend, I can not see even any widnows update.

A little more detail!

Left Click -> PHP -> PHP settings [FCGI-CLI] -> PHP settings [FCGI] version number

Left Click -> PHP -> PHP extensions [FCGI-CLI] -> PHP extensions [FCGI] version number

I can not check.
When I Click on PHP extensions [FCGI-CLI] , does not happend !
