Why is it not possible to install this fucking app??? You want 2010 MS VC? Then provide a link where to get it, because it's not available anymore. And why would anyone need a library that is 15 years old???

When you create an app for Windows, then do it in a way, that dependencies are automatically resolved. Otherwise you are just stealing the time of your users.

If you're not happy, there's nothing to stop you looking elsewhere for greener pastures!
If you want to use old versions of PHP or MySQL, you need those old versions.

However, this is in no way an excuse to insult.

Users can make a huge effort to install dependencies.
