I have been getting this error message from wireshark. Its using SnipeIT but the problem is I have had a ticket and working with them for 4 months now and it appears as though WAMP is not passing certs correctly when in LDAPS. We can get successful connection to ldaps server using ldaps search.
Wampsserver 3.3.1 64bit
Apache 2.4.62.1
PHP 840
MySql 9.1.0
SnipeIT v8.1.3
Host OS: Windows Server 2025 Standard
Authentication: Active Directory

This is to be expect from SELF-SIGNED certificates

Update to 3.3.8.
With self-signed certificate you have to validate them with the browser.
