WampServer

Has anyone setup ldaps successfully on a windows server? I am trying to use the miniOrange ldap plug and I can get ldap to work just fine on my test site. But when I try to use their ldaps on port 636, I cannot connect. I believe it is due to where my *.conf and cert file needs to be placed because most of their documentation is for xampp. I have tried in the root of c:\ as well as in conf folder of my apache version.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
