Wampserver slow in local development

1 - Windows version used (Specify version number AND whether 32 or 64 bit): Win10, 64bit
2 - Version WampServer (Specify version number AND whether 32 or 64 bit): 3.3.8, 64bit
3 - Apache Version: 2.4.62.1
4 - PHP Version: 8.3.14
5 - MySQL Version: 9.1.0
5a - MariaDB version if applicable: 11.5.2
6 - What color is the WampServer icon (in the notification area of the taskbar): green

8 - Do you have access to localhost (Homepage WampServer)? : I can access to localhost
8a - If so, is there an error message at the bottom of the page?: no error message

9 - Do you have access to phpMyAdmin?: Yes I do

10 - If you refer to an error message, please include the EXACT wording of the error in your post
11 - If you use an Antivirus and / or Firewall, please include the names of these: I use only system antivirus / firewall
12 - What is the full path to the installation of WampServer (eg D:\wamp\): C:\wamp64
13 - If you have one or more Virtual Hosts defined, please show their definition(s): I have 9 virtual hosts as below:

Is there a way to boost the speed further?

The speed at which web pages load is an extremely subjective concept.

From your videos, I think the speed is just right.

It can depend largely on the browser used and the number of tabs open, and you should remember to empty the browser cache from time to time.

Thanks Otomatic,

Yes I also think the speed is normal after trying running Opencart locally which is very quick. Wordpress is a slow system. As I am developing locally, I didn't turn on caching plugin and optimize the speed yet.
