WampServer

hello!
i try installing the new update but it says wampserver3 64bit isnt installed then shows some registry key text,i have it installed on my external ssd,i tried moving the update file to my wamp install directory but it still wont update

This key is created during the installation of Wampserver. If it does not exist, this means that there has been a problem with the registry. This key must then be created.

The key that is noted in the error message, i.e. :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{wampserver64}_is1
