I want to open a gallery of pictures in the server, But he saw that the server is not a supporter to upload files.

How I can cause to the server to support upload files?

What do you mean for uploading? You are A SERVER already, just store your web album in www folder, then provide the link for others to see it. For example:
[www.yourdomain.com]
Or if only for local network:
[localhost]
Or if you already own a domain and have dns service already, and want others to upload and download web album from your server, you might need ftp server or something similar
