Access denied when updating WAMP

During installation, access is denied to mysql/bin/mysqld-nt.exe
No other applications running, computer rebooted, WAMP services all stopped.
Luckily the previous WAMP install can be restarted!
And I don't want to remove it, unless you INSIST.
I have work to do.
Any help would be appreciated. Permissions drive me crazy.
