localhost/xxxx doesn't open my website, it opens a registration window

after installing wampserver, mysql and my wordpress from my online website.
When I try to connect using local/host/website it opens a download window.

It doesn't work. I tried everything 3 times. Reinstalling wampserver and it doesn't work sad smiley

It's a Wordpress problem!

In the Wordpress codex, you'll see how to transfer a WordPress site, i.e. how to change host.

Reinstalling Wampserver won't help!
