WampServer

Good day,

I'm trying to install Apache 2.4.61 on my windows 2019 server, and for some reason once I run the exe it doesn't show up in the Wamp Manager so I can switch versions.
1. All VC packages are installed.
2. WAMP Server 3.3.5.
3. When I run the Apache EXE again it says it's installed.
4. I have restarted everything a couple of times.
5. The folders for 2.4.61 are in the folder as I would expect.

I've done this same install on 2 different servers without issue, so I'm not sure what's happened.
Can I just delete the 2.4.61 folders to try reinstalling it or is there something else I need to do?

Right-Click -> Restart from zero
