WAMP does not come with an FTP server, so you can not use wsftp. just save all the files in your www directory.

I don't think this is the right forum for this topic; anyway, just install one of some free ftp server (google it) for windows; then configure document root for your ftp in VH, and you're good to go. Remember, some support browser, some support remote control, and some others support multiple drives include network drives, so on. You might not get all features as desire, so try some then decide which one meets yours most.
Hope this help.
