Update to 3.3.5 x64 fails with error message

I'm using WAMP Server 3.0.6 x64 on Windows Server 2012 R2. I tried to upgrade to 3.3.5 but it gives me the message:
"This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running"
I saw a couple of posts on this forum with the same problem. Otomatic suggests downloading the update file and includes a link. I tried that and got the same error.
Anything else I can try?

End of support for Windows 8.1 on January 9, 2023
End of support for Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023.
It is not possible to authorize Wampserver updates or installation of new Apache, PHP, MySQL or MariaDB addons on Windows systems that are no longer supported by Microsoft.
