Explanation failed chunk

When I want to import some data (>25Mb) in my new Joomla 5.0.3. site I get the message 'localhost failed chunk' I am pretty shure that the filesize is too big. Joomla size says 8Mb max. On another PC with Xampp I was be able to change this to 40Mb. Within Wampp I have searched and I found a lot of a kind of php-ini files, but neither one will change that size to upload in Joomla. How can I do that and where?

Kind regards,
Jan

'localhost failed chunk' is a Joomla message, not a PHP or MySQL message, and you'll have to ask Joomla exactly what it means.

PHP parameters can be changed by : Left-click -> PHP -> PHP Configuration

MySQL parameters can be changed by : Left-click -> MySQL -> MySQL configuration

Some PhpMyAdmin parameters can be changed by :
Left-click -> PhpMyAdmin -> php_admin_value - php_admin_flag

Documentation Apache - Documentation PHP - Documentation MySQL - Wampserver install files & addons
