A few days ago I updated my server to the latest version. I do it several times a year almost on an ongoing basis when new versions of php mysql apache and wampserver are released, but after updating from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3 and the latest php 8.3.2, mysql 8.3.0 and apache 2.4.58.1, my small home server started overheat very much. Temperatures rise from around 35 degrees Celsius to almost 80 degrees Celsius. Power consumption from 3 watts to almost 20 watts. I'm not very technical, but from what I was able to check, the Apache HTTP Server process in the location apache > bin > httpd.exe is responsible for this. (Translated by google translate so sory for mistakes if any)

Disable xDebug extension.
Left-Click -> PHP -> PHP extensions -> xDebug x.y.z to uncheck it

Thank you. After disabling xdebug the temperature returned to normal and power consumption dropped.
