WampServer

Installation went well, WampServer Icon in system tray is GREEN. localhost renders home page. Created a project in "www" folder and created a new localhost, "TestNew" . Placed simple test html file in the folder, Executed TestNew and worked perfectly. Everything with localhost fails with " Can't reach this page" and "localhost refused to connect"


Along the way trying to install DaDaBik and getting same errors trying to access dadabik\install.php

Configuration: Win 10 (up to date), DaDaBIK version = 11.2, browser= edge, DBMS = Mysql 5.1.47,
Web server = 8.2.0 , Apache/2.4.58

No. You must create a VirtualHost.

And, for DaDaBik as for any CMS or WEB application, the VirtualHost MUST be created BEFORE installation.
