Hi everyone! Please tell me how to add the finished site to Wampserver (backup files downloaded, database file and site)

Hi,

You need to use VirtualHost as with all hosting providers.

and
Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost

Then import the SQL file into the database using PhpMyAdim or a similar tool.
