This could be due to Intel 4K Sata drivers with sector emulation, and the only solution I can suggest is to abandon MySQL and switch to MariaDB. It only takes a few clicks and doesn't change the way you use your databases.

- 1 - Launch Wampserver

- 2 - Right-Click -> Tools -> Invert default DBMS MySQL <-> MariaDB

- 3 - Right-Click -> Wamp Settings -> Allow MySQL (to uncheck it)

- 4 - Right-Click -> Restart from zero

So, you think there is no way I can use MySQL in any server because like a said before I tried mamp, wamp, and Xampp but they all had the same issue?

mamp is for Apple Mac !
