I have a problem with my WAMPSERVER:after I installed it, the apache server didn't started.Actually, it didn't ever installed it.I tried for several times, but there were the same problem.What shall I do?

make sure you do not have another version of apache running, or any other kind of webserver such as IIS running, or apache will not start. Also skype uses port 80 to, so if it is running too, apache will not start

i have the same problem with the threadstarter.
Why the apache refuses to start eventhough i have changed the port to 8080?

make sure your firewall is not blocking apache. there have been a few people posting problems with apache and norton. make sure windows filewall is not blocking apache too.
