RSS Feed from Sourceforge

Recently I decided to add an RSS feed in Outlook and the provided link from each line of the feed doesn't seem to work.
The url I have used to add to the RSS feed is:
[sourceforge.net]
If you see the code inside this feed you will see that the urls are scrambled.
For example, the last item gives the following url:
[sourceforge.nethttps%3A]
and it should be:
[sourceforge.net] 3/WampServer 3.0.0/Addons/Mysql/wampserver3_x86_addon_mysql5.7.37.exe/download
in order to work properly.
