How is that anything to do with WAMPServer? That code exists in the browser and when clicked will launch your PC's default email client (outlook or a browser for example)
So in no way is WAMPServer (Apache/PHP) related in any way other than the process of sending that HTML to the browser! And that appears to have been done perfectly well as the links are there to click.
