file path: wampserver/lang/english.lang
It is: $w_warning = 'WARNING !'.
"." should be changed to ";"?

Indeed, it is a typo! It should be a semicolon and not a period: $w_warning = 'WARNING!';
It doesn't seem to generate an error, but this language file is systematically included at each start or refresh of Wampserver:
require $langDir.$wampConf['defaultLanguage'].'.lang';
