WampServer

I've run a local test environment on my Windows PC based on a Wampserver install done in Dec -21. It's a "https-site" which ran smoothly both on my PC and from mobiles on my LAN. A week ago I updated Wampserver, Apache etc to the latest version. Everything works well on the PC. On the mobile however I can reach the Wampserver interface with http. The site itself is forced to https and gives a "The site can't be reached" with DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

I cannot find any changes in httpd-vhosts.conf or httpd-ssl.conf, which as I've understod it ought to be involved in this error. I've tried with both Apache v2.4.51 which I used earlier and the new 2.4.54.

As a novice in these matters, have this update changed anything that could have caused these problems and in such a case can you guide in where to look?

May be Right-Click -> Tools -> Restart DNS

That is performed, as well having the phone and pc restarted several times since the update ;-)

All Apache test tools in Wampserver show Ok and that the virtual host is examined. Can't find any error messages (but yes, have limited knowledge on exactly in which logs to look).

But as I understand your response, the upgrade of Wampserver and the new Apache version shouldn't affect this connection and that the issue I have depends on something else (whatever that may be since I haven't changed anything else in the setup)?!

When we change Apache and/or PHP version, we are very often obliged to put the site in https exception in the browser even if it was already there but for another Apache/PHP version.
