How exactly do I enable SSL on the latest release of wampserver?

I've tried walkthroughs I found online, but they all ended up in my wampserver breaking and not going green, and they tell me I'm not entering parameters that weren't mentioned in the friggin' walkthroughs. So I keep ending up having to revert it back to unsecure.

Can someone help me please? I need step-by-step instructions.
