help with error that occured in config.inc file on line 11

Hello,
I need your help. The following errors appeared after I uploaded files...
An error occurred in script C:\call center software\includes\config.inc on line 11: require_once(../mysql_connect.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../mysql_connect.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\call center software\register.php on line 13
Please help..This caused too much burden to me already..Thanks...
