I wanted to install pmb (library software) with wamp and I get this error message, what does it mean?

( ! ) Deprecated: Non-static method install::getAcceptedLanguages() should not be called statically in C:\wamp\www\pmb\tables\install.class.php on line 356

i am a newbie help me

You have to ask PMB. It is an error of the PMB installer, maybe because you are using a PHP version not compatible with PMB.
