If you are just asking how to add a version of PHP8 to your WAMPServer, then:-

See the backup WAMPServer repo at The backup Repo and then download as many ADDONs as you like.

I suggest you first make sure you have all the MSVC Runtimes installed, see the bottom of that linked page, and also install the latest WAMPServer, also on that page, you can download the "UPDATE, updates only WAMPServer and not any of the Apache/MySQL/PHP sets". And also the latest wampmanager, also available on that page..
