WampServer

This is what I have in the configuration and it will not launch Chrome as the default browser.
navigator ="C:/Program Files(x86)/Google/Chrome/Application/chrome.exe"

Now it will open Chrome but I have to have Chrome already open. If I click on localhost or phpmyadmin from the Wamp icon it quickly opens a window and closes. Is this how it is supposed to operate?

It works perfectly for me with, in the wampmanager.conf file :

navigator ="C:/Program Files (x86)/Google/Chrome/Application/chrome.exe"
