PHP-7.4.26 cannot be found.

Hello,
I am getting the following error in Event Log
The description for Event ID 4 from source PHP-7.4.26 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
Once this occurs, the laptop locks up and I have to do a dirty shutdown.
I am using the copy of WAMPServer from SourceForge.
Please advise.

Is PHP 7.4.26 installed in Wampserver ?

It definitely can't be from Wampserver.
