WampServer

I have a CSV file with 42,000 records which phpMyAdmin cannot handle as expected. I have researched online the various timeout and limit settings that others state need to be increased to prevent timeout. MySQL error log says [Warning] wampmysqld64: Forcing close of thread 101 user: 'root' while the phpMyAdmin response looks like it will be successful, indicating the table name an stuff atop the window, but at the bottom of the window ir reads Error MySQL has gone away. I am guessing I need to add a maximum execution time to my.ini

The same CSV imports fine to a remote web server, but won't import okay on Windows 10 wampserver.
