Hi
I have Win2003 R3 and Wamp 1.6.3, but apache service utilising my procesor in 95%, why ?
Before I have Win XP and Apache service work properly...

are you getting any errors in the apache error log (the newest errors will be at the bottom of the file)?
C:\wamp\logs\apache_error.log
Try to start apache again, and then shut apache down. then, check your error log. copy and paste the last 20 of the log here. apache stores the newest errors at the bottom of the file, so make sure you post the last 20 lines of the file, not the top 20.
