Hello, I installed the newly released "Language files (Chinese) .exe", but Wanpmanger does not work. After tracking the problem, it was found that the encoding of the "/lang/modules/settings_chinese.php" file was incorrect, which caused Wanpmanger to not work. The encoding of the file needs to be modified to "GB2312" or "GBK", thank you.

It's fixed, the file in question is now changed to "GB2312" (It was in utf-8).

I checked that Wampmanager is working by choosing chinese as language.
Of course, on my French Windows system in ANSI 1252 (Latin1) I can't see the Chinese ideograms, but it works correctly without crashing.
