Custom installation is not working

Hi,

I'm trying to install wampserver3.2.3_x64 and I'm trying to install only Apache and PHP, no databases.

But when selecting the "Custom installation" option, I can't deselect any components.

The installer is "Run as administrator" and I have the same problem on 2 separate computers (Windows Server 2016 x64 and Windows 10 x64). All VC++ modules are installed (checked OK with check_vcredist.exe).

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

It is not a bug, and you are not doing anything wrong smiling smiley

Its just not possible to install only Apache and PHP with WAMPServer.

Hi,

After installation, you can remove the database managers.

See Right-Click Wampmanager icon -> Help -> MySQL - MariaDB

Thanks for the answers, that is too bad, I'll have to use XAMPP instead then.
