pages not updating

Upgraded to Wampserver 3.2.3. When I make changes to web pages and then save them, and then refresh the browser, the changes do not show up. Forcing a reload with Crtl-F5 does not fix it.
Does Wampserver3.2.3 somehow cache the pages? How can I fix this?

Windows 10 64bit
Wampserver 3.2.3
Apache 2.4.46
PHP 7.3.21
MySQL either 5.7.14 or 8.0.21
Wamserver icon is Green
active lines:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
I do have access to localhost. No error at bottom of page
I do have access to phpMyAdmin
Using MacAfee antivirus
Full path: c:\wamp64
No Virtual Hosts
Wampserver 3.2.3
Apache 2.4.46
PHP 7.3.21
MySQL either 5.7.14 or 8.0.21

I uninstalled everything and reinstalled. Works okay now.
