WampServer

I have installed Wampp Server 3.2.3 for Windows.
It works fine but I'm trying to use webp image format and i receive this error:

[access_compat:error] [pid 16592:tid 1176] [client 127.0.0.1:55084] AH01797: client denied by server configuration: D:/wamp64/www/img/p/8/5/3/6/3/85363-home_default.webp

Can you help me to resolv this problem?

I think you may have made dome changes to either the httpd-vhosts.conf file or the httpd.conf file.

Can you confirm this and specify WHAT those changes might be please
