Addon PHP 7.4 Install Error

I have wampserevr 3.2.4 running
Downloaded the PHP 7.4.13 addon from [wampserver.aviatechno.net]

When I try to install the addon, it errors "You must enter a full path with drive letter", however, it never prompted me to set the path?
