wamp 3.2.3 icon not responding for left and right click

i have installed wamp 3.2.3 successfully. wamp icon turned green but icon not responding for left click and right click

Did you do as suggested in the install and install all the MSVC Runtime Libraries? from, oldest to newest?

See wamp64/install.txt to see which you need and how to find them

Yes, i installed MSVC Runtime Libraries and checked with check_vcredist. it says "ALL VC++ packages needed to wamp server are installed correctly."
