Anyway, I managed to get it, and the question is could we have its source code, or at least a brief description of its features?
Another question, with your VH add-on, does Apache need to be rebooted every time modified?

you can submit your addon to sourceforge or freshmeat and they will can host the file so ou dont have to keep your computer running 24/7 for people to download it. or contact roms to add it to wamp add-ons page.
