This can be
1) a little dangerous, if you are not profficient with Apache and its security.
2) a bad idea, as a windows desktop PC cannot host enough external connections to be a reliable LIVE website hosting environment. Win 10 gas a limit (both technical and legal) on incoming TCP connections at 20.

WAMPServer is provided as an environmant for developing and testing a site. It and the Windows Desktop OS are not intended to be used as a LIVE hosting environment
