After a windows crash, I recovered all my databases..but when I try to paste them in mysql/data/ and start phpMyAdmin...it doesn't recognize them.What shall I do?

the right way to save your database is to dump it to an sql file. the export feature in phpmyadmin can help do this for you. and when you want to restore you DB, use phpmyadmin import feature.
