Why not integrate sendmail.exe in wampserver?

Why not integrate sendmail.exe in wampserver? If it is available in wampserver and it has been set up beforehand in sendmail.ini section of sendmail.exe, it will be very convenient for users.

Of course.
How about you do that and then docuemnt it so that Oto can consider using it.
In reality most people would prefer to use the phpMailer library in my experience
