WampServer

I installed WanpServer 3.2.0 and I noticed that both the Apache mod_ssl module and the "stand alone" OpenSSL were installed. Did WampServer install the "stand alone" OpenSSL or did the Apache installer install it during WampServer installation?

Are you saying that you believe something was installed OUTSIDE the \wamp or \wamp64 folders?

No. What I'm referring to as the "stand alone" OpenSSL is the file openssl.exe. In my installation it's installed in C:\WAMP64\bin\apache\apache2.4.41\bin. Did openssl.exe get installed by the WampServer installer or the Apache installer?

That file comes with all Apache installations.
