WampServer

I just installed wampserver and i am get an error message when i go to first install the apache service. The error i get is: "Could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not execute run actio: The system cannot find the file specified." What do i do about this error?

I'm having the very same problem. I'm thinking it may be that when I installed WAMP, I had IIS running. It doesn't make sense. I turn off IIS, and try to intall Apache, and I get the very same error message that you got.

I'm hoping for a quick solution for this as I am very anxious to get this running.

P.S. I installed WAMP 1.6.1 on my laptop a couple of months ago with absolutely no problems....
