Has anyone created a wampserver docker?
Or...is this not possible for some reason?

Docker is a set of platform as a service (PaaS) products that uses OS-level virtualization to deliver software in packages called containers.

I do not know of a prebuilt docker container with WAMPServer inside it!
That does not mean you cannot create one, and even donate it for others to make use of.
