Moderators" like RiggsFolly and myself do not have the ability to delete an account.
You would have to send a request via the Alter Way at paris@alterway.fr
I think it would be necessary to put "Hervé LECLERC" <herve.leclerc@alterway.fr> in copy explaining in your email that the moderators of the Wampsever forums do not have the necessary rights to do so.
