Hello, I have been looking for a solution to this problem but could not make it work.
I have installed wamp server 3.2.0x64 and the icon is green but when I click the tray icon either right or left click the menus won't open up.

1 - Windows version used: Windows 10 Home 64bit
2 - Version WampServer: 3.2.0x64
3 - Apache Version: 2.4.41
4 - PHP Version: 7.3.12
5 - MySQL Version: can't seem to find it
5a - MariaDB version if applicable: 10.4.10
6 - What color is the WampServer icon: green

7 - In the file c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, what are the active lines? It was empty, I added the line 127.0.0.1 localhost as seen in other posts.

If the WampServer icon is green:

8 - Do you have access to localhost (Homepage WampServer)? Yes
8a - If so, is there an error message at the bottom of the page? No

9 - Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? Yes

10 - If you refer to an error message, please include the EXACT wording of the error in your post: N/A
11 - If you use an Antivirus and / or Firewall, please include the names of these: Windows Firewall and I have added wampserver to allows apps.
12 - What is the full path to the installation of WampServer (eg D:\wamp\): C:\wamp64
13 - If you have one or more Virtual Hosts defined, please show their definition(s)

Additionally , I have tried:
- Uninstalling Skype,
- Checked that IIS is diabled.
- Downloaded all VC Libraries required before installing.
- Launched installer as administrator.
- Re installed several times.
- Restart PC several times.

Nothing seems to work.

Please hep me!

Thank you very much!

See item 09 of TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

> Downloaded all VC Libraries required before installing.
BĂ©fore installing Wampserver did you verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions ?
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
Do not use a previously loaded tool. Make a new download to make sure you are using the correct version.
To download missing packages, do not rely on Microsoft links, they are not reliable, download packages on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.

- Are you fully up to date with Windows 10 updates?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I have now checked for IPV6 and added the line ::1 localhost to the file hosts.

I checked for VC libraries with the tool and it said all of them where successfully installed.

I ran all pending updates in windows 10 and reinstalled wampserver.

Still having the same issue, icon is green but menus won't open on click.

Hi,

I'm sorry, but I don't have a solution that I haven't faced before.

Go anyway and see if there are any significant errors in the event observer.

I think Oto means the Event Viewer

Hi,

> I think Oto means the Event Viewer

Sometimes I am not very rigorous in my translations of terms from French to English and, in this case, I have committed a "false friend" as we say in France. That is to say, a word that is written almost the same in English as in French, but does not have exactly the same meaning; that is the difficulty of translations.

Of course, this is "Event viewer" and Windows Logs: Application and System.

Hi,

You could try installing the latest version of Aestan Tray Menu which is wampmanager.exe:
Aestran Tray Menu 3.2.2.9
